Sales Manager - ON SITE (Relocation Offered)
This is a M-F position onsite in August,GA with up to 10% travel!
MUST BE NEAR AUGUSTA GA OR open to relocating! (We do offer relocation) Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the food manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protein sales, specifically in meat and seafood, and will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food manufacturing industry
- Identify new market opportunities and enhance the company's presence in the protein sector
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of meat, seafood, and protein products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills
- Willingness to relocate for the position
Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
