We’re partnering with the largest female clinician-led ABA organization in the country, to bring on a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based permanent placement opportunity. This is a team built by clinicians, for clinicians, with a focus on leadership, professional development, and the ability to deliver high-quality care without unnecessary barriers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ABA services in a clinic setting
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
• Supervise and support behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families and care teams

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
