Imagine ThisYou open a new set of plans, map out precise measurements, and transform raw materials into structures and finishes that fit perfectly. You coordinate with other trades to keep the schedule on track, maintain your tools for peak performance, and ensure every step is code-compliant. Clients are kept in the loop, and your professionalism leaves a lasting impression.
Your Mission- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to exact specifications.
- Build, install, and repair structural components and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to define scope and sequence.
- Apply building codes and safety regulations consistently.
- Partner with teammates and trades to deliver efficient, on-time results.
- Care for, calibrate, and safely operate hand and power tools.
- Provide excellent customer service with clear, respectful communication.
- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a comparable craft role.
- Strong command of carpentry techniques and material properties.
- Ability to read and act on technical drawings and blueprints.
- Comfort and competence with trade-specific tools.
- Resourceful problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
- Physical strength and stamina; able to lift heavy materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in woodworking.
