We are seeing an experienced Insert Machine Operator to join our client's 1st shift production team. This position requires prior experience operating inserter or similar production equipment, along with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Insert Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

• Stage, hand-finish, and accurately load materials into automated insertion equipment.
• Prepare and operate machinery according to established production schedules and job specifications.
• Proactively monitor equipment for errors, identify malfunctions, and effectively troubleshoot issues to resume operations promptly.
• Conduct and record routine quality checks, documenting scrap, downtime, and production metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and overall production area.
• Strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines and procedures.

Insert Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Experience operating Printing Presses preferred.
• Machine operator experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Standing for extended periods, typically 8-12 hours per shift.
• Repetitive movements, including bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling.
• Exposure to loud noise and vibration.
