Explore & Develop Artarmon is growing! We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our foundation team at a brand-new, purpose-built early childhood education and care service on Dickson Avenue.

About the role:

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality, play-based curriculum

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development in line with the EYLF

Collaborate with a professional team of educators

Actively contribute to the planning cycle, documentation, and critical reflection

Help establish a positive, inclusive culture from the ground up

What we're looking for:

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Provisional or full NESA accreditation (for NSW applicants)

Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection, and CPR certification

Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early education

Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Passion for intentional teaching and inquiry-based learning
