Full-Time Hairstylist
Job Summary
We are hiring licensed Hairstylists to join our brand-new Great Clips salon opening in April 2026! Whether you’re looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a founding team and build your career from day one.
Our walk-in model means no need to build a client base — you’ll have customers in your chair right away.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Build strong client relationships through friendly, professional interactions.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive environment.
- Stay current on trends and techniques through ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Active Cosmetology or Barber license (required).
- Passion for cutting hair and delivering great service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
