We are seeking a cook with excellent knife handling skills to work with us at the Atlanta Fish Market.

Required skills:

• skilled in various cuts, proper grip, and can execute precision for high-volume service
• • (chopping, dicing, slicing, mincing)
• Adherence to recipes, instruction, and safety/sanitation standards
• Ability to ensure consistent presentation, and collaborates under pressure

Scheduling Requirements:

Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday PM shifts only starting at 3:00 PM
