Job Title: Director Facility and Property Management

Reports To: Executive Pastor - Admin and Ops

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of all GO Church campuses and properties, including fleet management.
• Oversee the functioning of all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, safety, security, plumbing, etc.
• Establish and implement quality assurance programs standards, training, performance measurement/audits controls with the XP of Admin and Ops.
• Share in the development, administration, and management responsibilities of the annual operating budget while establishing cost effective and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in creating/implementing a top tier facility strategy with multi-year capital plan.
• Participate, collaborate, and lead in development and implementation of ATL Campus Master plan.
• Lead staff, contractors, and volunteers:
  1. Staff Build and coach team in delivering professional and personal goals and objectives.
  2. Contractors Develop strategic partner relationships with appropriate commercial and contractual structure, contributing to achieving our program goals and objectives.
  3. Volunteers Build/maintain effective and efficient GO Team for facilities and operational support.

• Oversee facility/operational aspects of all satellite campus expansions.

1. 1. Manage all facility lease and rental agreements, both long and short-term commercial opportunities.
   2. Effectively build/maintain key relationships through effective and proactive communication, collaboration, and meeting commitments.
   3. Oversee all aspects of safety and security.

Additional Skillsets

• Working knowledge or experience in electrical, plumbing, and construction related projects
• Working knowledge of Google Suite: Docs, sheets, etc.
• Working knowledge Basecamp Project management software
• Working knowledge of Planning Center Online and Group Me
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to oversee and manage permitting processes with contractors and County Officials.
• Well spoken and able to present to the Board of Trustees.
• Other facility and property management needs and established by the Executive Pastor of Admin and Ops

• Must fully support the Doctrinal Commitments of GO Church at all times.
• Financially support the mission and vision of GO Church by faithfully giving your 10% tithe to GO Church
