Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our dedicated team. This role will involve managing a personal injury caseload under mentorship, delivering high-quality legal representation, and upholding our tradition of personalized client care.

Key Responsibilities
- Take active roles in personal injury matters such as auto accidents, trucking incidents, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability, and more.
- Conduct legal research; prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Participate in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Communicate case developments and legal advice clearly to clients.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case handling.

Qualifications & Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Georgia Bar license.
- 2+ years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation preferred.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to high-touch client service and effective communication.
