Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the diesel repair shop to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of repair technicians, ensuring high-quality service .
• Handle customer inquiries , provide repair estimates , and clearly explain repair processes .
• Maintain a well-organized work environment to ensure seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
• Ensure that all safety and compliance standards are met and maintained.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead and guide a growing team of repair technicians to success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in diesel truck repair.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills .
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both customers and staff.
• A strong work ethic , dedication, and a passion for growing with the company.
• Management experience in a repair shop is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday : 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday : 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Job Requirements – Diesel Repair Service Manager

• Hands-on experience in diesel truck repair (required)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for working with both customers and staff
• Ability to manage workflow and ensure efficient shop operations
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, provide estimates, and explain repairs clearly
• Dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive shop environment
• Management or supervisory experience in a repair shop (preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the diesel repair industry
• Basic inventory management skills (monitoring and ordering parts)
