Position Overview: A luxury hotel and private social club in Atlanta is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Managing Director to lead its operations, drive growth, and enhance the guest experience. This role requires an experienced professional with a background in upscale hospitality, member-focused service, and a deep understanding of lifestyle-driven spaces. The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of operations, including guest services, dining experiences, membership management, wellness programs, and events, while ensuring the highest standards of luxury and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that align with the establishments mission to create an inviting, high-end social and wellness environment.
  • Set and achieve long-term goals to enhance brand reputation and member loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead all daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas, including accommodations, dining venues, wellness facilities, and event spaces. Continuously monitor service standards and operational efficiency to maintain a premier experience for guests and members.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of professionals. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, providing mentorship to support professional growth and high performance within the team.
  • Membership & Guest Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with members and guests by understanding and responding to their unique needs. Innovate and implement programs, events, and services that enhance member satisfaction and promote a sense of community.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all departments. Analyze financial data to make informed decisions that drive profitability and sustainable growth while maintaining high service standards.
  • Brand Experience & Quality Control: Ensure that the propertys design, aesthetics, and ambiance reflect a high standard of luxury and sophistication. Consistently uphold brand values in all guest and member interactions, marketing initiatives, and service touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, multiple food and beverage programs, social clubs, or lifestyle-focused properties.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of fostering positive member and guest experiences through innovative programming and service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of current trends in luxury hospitality, wellness, and high-end dining.
