Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic K-12 educational setting, providing essential speech and language services to help students reach their full communication potential throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Implement therapy sessions tailored to students needs across various grade levels
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
