Job Description :

Sr. Manager of Financial and Reporting Systems positions offered by CRH Americas Materials, Inc. (Atlanta, Georgia). Design, develop and deploy technology and consistent processes in support of the financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes for CRH Americas Materials (AMAT). This involves partnering with finance and information technology to lead and drive improvements to the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of the reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes leveraging existing and new technologies. Monitor and ensure the performance of the current environment of Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with a strong customer focus. Work cross functionally with the AMAT Corporate Finance, Regional Finance, AMAT FP&A, Global FP&A team, and IT to successfully deploy solutions to improve these processes.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Corporate Finance, or related field and 10 years of experience in the position offered or 10 years of experience working in an IT financial role. 5 years of experience developing and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. 5 years of experience leading the planning and definition of financial systems to drive execution of budgeting, forecasting, planning processes, and internal or external reporting. Stated experience must include the following: Leading the design and implementation of Oracle EPM applications; Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Providing technical direction on how to customize EPM applications to ensure efficient business processes and working cross-functionally to solve key business challenges; Managing projects for EPM implementations, including managing a team of subordinate employees, providing training, allocating resources, and managing vendors. Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
