Solution Architect
Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN/Atlanta, GA(Hybrid). This role supports the operationalization of the MADJV security playbook, requiring strong experience in security for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures .
Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Solution Architect job responsibilities include:
Define MADJV security control baselines aligned to the enterprise Control Framework for acquisition, joint venture, and divestiture scenarios.
Document end‑to‑end MADJV security processes, including roles, responsibilities, decision gates, and required deliverables.
Translate complex technical security control requirements into clear, business‑friendly guidance and training materials.
Develop playbooks, implementation standards, and process documentation to support consistent MADJV execution.
Deliver structured training and enablement sessions for BISOs and key stakeholders across the organization.
Support the operationalization of MADJV as a repeatable, productized security service, ensuring alignment with strategic security objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8–10+ years of experience in security architecture, including direct experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Joint Ventures (MADJV).
Proven ability to define security control baselines and develop playbooks, implementation standards, and executive‑level documentation.
Strong capability to translate complex technical security requirements into clear, business‑ready guidance and deliver structured training to stakeholders.
