**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and assisting individuals entering or leaving the location in accordance with site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and protocols as outlined by the site, using discretion and professionalism at all times.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as required in line with Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Document and report security-related observations, incidents, and activities through written and/or electronic logs.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.
+ Collaborate with client staff and other Allied Universal personnel to maintain a welcoming and security-conscious environment at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
