Compensation: $30,427.00 Annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by mail regarding court procedures, case status, and documentation.
- Review and process legal documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Create and manage case files, assign cases to judges, and maintain records.
- Perform data entry, scanning, and indexing of court documents.
- Respond to court orders, deeds, citations, and archive disposed cases.
- Issue subpoenas and sign documents as Deputy Clerk of the Court.
- Collect and process payments, taxes, and recording fees.
Minimum Qualifications :
· High school diploma or GED
· At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or record-keeping experience
Skills :
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret instructions and apply procedures
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Professional communication and discretion
