Client Services Associate
We are looking for a Client Services Associate who is dedicated and pays attention to detail to join our team. The best candidate will give clients great support and make sure that their needs are met quickly and professionally. The Client Services Associate will connect clients with internal departments, keeping strong relationships with clients and helping to keep them happy and coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and fixing problems quickly.
Help clients set up their accounts, get started, and make service requests on an ongoing basis.
Talk to clients clearly and effectively over the phone, by email, and in person.
Handle client transactions, keep account information up to date, and do paperwork correctly.
Work with teams inside the company to make sure that client deliverables and expectations are met.
Use CRM systems to keep track of and report on client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Help with making reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Find ways to improve the client experience and, if necessary, raise complicated problems.
Help with the implementation of new projects and initiatives for clients.
In all interactions with clients, keep things private and follow company rules.
Requirements:
A degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management or client service.
Great at both speaking and writing.
Good at organizing and managing time.
Being able to use the MS Office Suite and client management software (like Salesforce and HubSpot).
Showed that they could solve problems and put the needs of the customer first.
Able to work on more than one thing at once and do well in a busy setting.
A professional attitude and a lot of honesty.
Pay by the hour: $20 to $35
