Now Hiring for an Inside Sales Representative! Contract to Hire - Fully In Office

Schedule - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will partner closely with field sales, distributors, and marketing teams to drive customer success, uncover new business opportunities, and strengthen our presence in key markets.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify leads using Seamless.AI, LinkedIn, and industry research

• Follow-up on marketing and trade show leads in collaboration with the field sales team

• Support and manage growth strategies for underperforming distributor accounts

• Engage new prospects and existing accounts via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Build consultative relationships with customers to understand their technical needs

• Conduct virtual product demos and help align solutions with customer goals

• Build preliminary bills of material (BOM) and provide pricing ahead of formal quotes

• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer data in the CRM

• Assist with tracking online orders, ecommerce activities, and follow-up tasks

• Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and support teams

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field

(OR equivalent industry experience in technical sales or customer service)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• Comfortable with virtual selling tools and outbound prospecting

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles

• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Seamless.AI)

• Technical aptitude or interest in industrial automation products

• Multilingual (Spanish, French, or German) a plus

Travel & Physical Requirements

• Occasional travel is required for training, trade shows, or team meetings

• Valid passport required for potential international events

• Ability to lift and carry demonstration equipment (20–80 lbs) occasionally
