Material Handler
- $18.58 per hour + overtime opportunities
- 2,2,3 shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on). 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM OR 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training available)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Operate and monitor production equipment including grinders, glue applicators, finishing lines, and forklifts
- Perform equipment start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures
- Load raw materials and inspect finished products to ensure quality
- Conduct minor mechanical adjustments and report issues promptly
- Accurately document production data, material usage, and downtime
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and chemical handling
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in quality, efficiency, and waste reduction
