About the Role: As a Hydraulic Technician Apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced technicians to learn the fundamentals of hydraulic systems, hose assembly, equipment servicing, and repair. You'll receive hands-on training in a supportive environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with building and assembling hydraulic hoses and fittings
- Help service and repair hydraulic components and equipment
- Prepare customer orders and organize inventory
- Learn to operate tools, machinery, and testing equipment
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Support other shop tasks and customer needs as directed
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical interest or hands-on experience (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
