Nurse Practitioner Corporate Health
Job Summary
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Corporate Health Primary Care team. Connect with us today.
Responsible for patient care management, counseling, and education of patients and families in collaboration with facility MD's. Other job duties include:
- Worker compensation injuries
- Fit for duty exam
- Pre-employment physicals
- DOT physicals
- Preferred DOT-Certified or obtain within 12 months from hire date
- Drug Screen Certified or (will receive in-center)
- Travel 25%
- Travel evaluation exams

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant (Required)
Work Experience
3 years’ experience (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) (Required) or PA-C - Physician Assistant (Required)
BCLS - Basic Life Support from American Heart Association (Required)
Department Specific Certifications (Preferred)
