Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing and managing analytics platforms, developing data-driven strategies, and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and user needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with data visualization and statistical analysis, and a consultative approach to problem-solving. You will manage data projects, identify trends and opportunities, optimize reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that support long-term business growth.
\n Responsibilities- Deploy and maintain Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate tracking and data collection
- Utilize BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio to analyze and visualize data, providing actionable insights
- Leverage SQL expertise in cloud databases (Google BigQuery, Snowflake) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
- Develop comprehensive measurement strategies aligned with client business objectives and KPIs
- Optimize user experiences and drive conversions using tools like Adobe Target for conversion rate optimization and personalization
- Implement marketing pixels for ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and standardize UTM parameters for accurate campaign performance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on technical implementation and strategy
- Proven experience implementing Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager)
- Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) and advanced SQL skills, with experience in cloud databases like Google BigQuery or Snowflake
- Strong knowledge of CRO strategies and tools like Adobe Target, as well as marketing pixel implementation for major ad platforms
- Experience working in an enterprise setting
