As a Marketing Intern at Canary, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B SEO & social media marketing. You will work directly with our marketing and leadership team to create engaging campaigns, grow our online presence, and support lead-generation strategies for clients. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, experiment, and make a real impact at a fast-paced startup.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in developing and executing B2B social media marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
-Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos) tailored to our industries and HR
-Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation
-Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant hashtags to strengthen Canary's online voice
-Support SEO, content marketing, and blog promotion strategies
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with product and sales initiatives
-Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

-Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
-Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and B2B marketing
-Video Marketing (enjoy making short form video content)
-Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube; bonus if experienced in Canva, HubSpot, or Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
