Ideal Candidate:

You are:

• A licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia (or able to obtain licensure).
• Clinically skilled, gentle, and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
• Efficient and organized, able to manage a steady flow of patients.
• Motivated to grow clinically and financially in a supportive, high-performing environment.
• Comfortable educating patients on oral health, perio maintenance, and treatment acceptance.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver thorough, gentle, and efficient hygiene care, including SRPs, maintenance, and patient education.
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and compassion.
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to the overall growth and positive culture of the practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45/hr or 30% of Collections (Whichever is Higher) — With no cap on earnings.
