Customer Service Representative

Client in Newnan looking for Call Center/Customer Service Associates. This position will support our Project Management Team in homeowner engagement for our Not Accessible Pole Program. The role requires handling customer calls, tracking, reporting and working with various internal teams. Associates need to be able to communicate clearly, politely and actively listen. Need to be able to explain our Pole Inspection process at a high level. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
