Signia by Hilton, Atlanta is searching for talented full-time Cook ll to join their culinary team! This culinary professional will be supporting the Lobby Bar!

Whether you’re toasting to a deal well done or settling in for an evening with friends, our Lobby Bar is the perfect gathering space for life’s better moments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of professional culinary experience, with a focus on high-volume restaurants and upscale dining environments. A strong understanding of elevated service standards is essential. This individual will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced settings. Line Cook experience in open kitchen formats is a plus. A background in large-scale hotel operations is preferred, but not required.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook ll, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
• Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
