Remote Scheduling & Coordination Specialist
Were seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Scheduling & Coordination Specialist to support clients by managing reservations, coordinating timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
In this fully remote role, youll oversee scheduling logistics, confirm details, and maintain clear communication to keep operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys organization, and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable support.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate reservations, appointments, and scheduling timelines
- Maintain accurate records and confirmations
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding updates and details
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all components are completed on time
- Provide organized, solution-focused support throughout the process
What Were Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Citizens of either the US, UK, Spain, LATAM, or Australia
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Administrative, hospitality, or customer support experience (preferred, not required)
