The Associate, Funder is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process

and retain information quickly. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

- Review and Validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.

- Alot of verifying information between what's provided from dealers and what is on the forms.

- Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.

- Actively Participate in coaching and development sessions to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance.

- Held to Quality Metrics and production goals/speed in which they process. Those numbers are provided to them.

Remote but must sit in the ATL area

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
