Administrative Assistant

Location: TRIGO Griffin GA

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for 1st shift M-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm .

Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicates with all levels of the organization
• Compose or dictate/translate correspondence as requested
• Research and reports
• Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

Job Skills & Competencies

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently with high motivation
• Resourcefulness
• Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
• Proven record of job diligence and strong attention to data detail

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and General Knowledge around data and computers.

Minimum Education / Qualifications Required

• High School graduate; college preferred
• Experience working in an administrative support position
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in supporting Managers, Directors and Executives in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience working independently and within a team environment
• Self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking
• Able to work over-time/weekend, if necessary
