Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners, demonstrate water filtration solutions, and help them make informed decisions about their water quality.

This position is ideal for individuals who:

• Thrive in face-to-face, in-home sales environments

• Enjoy educating customers and building trust

• Want to earn high commissions selling premium products

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations

• Educate homeowners on:

  • Water quality issues

  • Health and home benefits of filtration systems

• Present and recommend custom water solutions based on customer needs

• Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach

• Close sales and manage the process from presentation to installation scheduling

• Maintain follow-up with prospects and customers

• Represent Aerus Water with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in in-home sales, direct sales, or consultative sales (preferred)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust quickly

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for in-home sales)

• Reliable transportation for local travel

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure

• High-ticket product sales = strong per-deal earnings

• Performance bonuses and incentives

• Top performers commonly earn $80K–$150K+ annually
