Golf Outside Service Staff - Brookhaven

Job Description:
Capital City Club is seeking a motivated and customer service oriented perspective employee for the Outside Service position at Brookhaven. The selected candidate will work closely with Outside Services Leader; to ensure the highest level of service to the Capital City membership and their guests. A successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day outside operations under the supervision of the Outside Services Leader.

Primary Duties:
Bag Drop Attendant:

• Provide exceptional customer service when members and guest arrive/leave the club.
• Assist members and guest with their golf bags and/or luggage .
• Communicate with Outside Service team members regarding member and guest arrivals.
• Monitor the tee sheet and range usage for the duration of the day.
• Effectively communicate with members and guest about important/special circumstances as it pertains to the golf facilities.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed, both morning & afternoon shifts.
• Must be willing to openly communicate with members and guests.

Range Attendant:

• Daily set up and closure of both ranges.
• Responsible for keeping ball levels on both ranges high to meet the demand of our active range usage for our membership.
• Time-management oriented when it comes to picking the range.

Cart Attendant:

• Responsible for cart cleanliness and detail when pulling/parking carts.
• Keep cart staging levels in starter area and bag drop fully stocked.
• Assist starter with pulling bags from the bag room and cleaning clubs.
• Ensuring that golf carts are charged and ready to go for the next day.

Starter:

• Provide exceptional customer service for our members and guest.
• Responsible for checking in tee times and updating throughout the day.
• Effective communicator between the starter and golf shop throughout the day.
• Assist members and guest with golf bags upon arrival.
• Converse with members and guest in a friendly, interactive way.
