Branch Controller

We, at Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, are searching for a Branch Controller within our Accountingteam to help support our bedding operations in Newnan, GA. As Branch Controller you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of operational and cross functional discussions to drive the business to greater results. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by using analytical skills to drive the business financial success. So, what will you be doing as a(n) Branch Controller?

• Responsible for the management of the month end close processes including journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Maintain compliance with policy and procedures and assist with Internal and External Audit requests.
• Develop relationships with Branch personnel to provide financial and analytical support and assist in driving business results.
• Fulfill requests of Corporate Departments (Accounting, Tax, Risk, Credit, etc.)
• Cross train office staff and be familiar with all job responsibilities to support as needed.
• Special projects as requested by management.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Experience with Dynamics D365 preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preference in manufacturing
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High degree of professionalism and ethical standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and well organized
• A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
