STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

We are seeking a Licensed Structural Engineer (PE)to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead structural design and analysis, manage projects from concept through construction, and ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. As part of our team, you will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for a variety of project types (commercial, residential, institutional)
• Develop detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure structural designs comply with local, state, and national building codes
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and construction submittals
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
• Mentor and oversee junior structural engineers and EITs
• Participate in project budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
• Lead or contribute to proposals, technical reports, and presentations
