Academy Ballroom – Marietta & Atlanta, GA
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Academy Ballroom is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of one of Atlanta's premier ballroom dance studios.

No dance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people.

What You'll Do

• Welcome students and visitors with a warm, professional attitude

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule lessons

• Assist new students with inquiries and studio tours

• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records

• Support instructors and management with daily studio operations

• Help keep the front desk and reception area organized and inviting

• Assist with studio events, social parties, and special promotions

• Perform general administrative and customer service duties

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, energetic personality with outstanding people skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Schedule

• Part-time or Full-time available

• Afternoon, evening, and some weekend availability preferred

• Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
