ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October 2016 and currently have a team of six. I got my start in the insurance world right out of college, working for another agent. Seeing how he built and grew his business inspired me to take the leap and build something of my own.

Im a Georgia Southern graduate and a proud dad of three girlsfive-year-old twins and a two-year-old. I also have a dog and live right here in the community we serve. When Im not in the office, youll find me outdoorsrunning, camping, hunting, or fishing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Hood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
