As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will:

• Help sort, handle, load, and unload both palletized and non-palletized freight using various motorized and manual equipment, like pallet jacks and forklifts, as well as your own hands.
• Work safely and efficiently while following our company’s safety guidelines.
• Use mobile devices to scan and track shipments. It's a great way to keep everything organized!
• Coordinate with transport companies, including freight forwarders and logistics companies, to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep clear records of all inventory and stock – you've got to have an eye for detail!
• Lend a hand in managing our warehouse inventory.
• Create and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse space—as we love a tidy environment!
• Process, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring everything ships on time.

Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Have forklift experience
• Experience with shipping software like DHL or UPS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Have a positive attitude and excitement about working in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment. Be able to lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must pay attention to detail and manage your time well.
• Be ready to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed.
• Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
• Have fantastic interpersonal skills, as being a team player is key!
