Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in training new employees on assembly processes and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
