Performance Marketing Coordinator

General Purpose:

At SCUF Gaming, we're on the hunt for a dynamic, data-driven Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic marketing team. With a focus on metrics and optimization, this role is crucial for supporting and elevating our efforts across paid media, SEO, email/SMS campaigns, and strategic marketing planning. The ideal candidate will be a tactical thinker with a knack for numbers, bringing an analytical mindset to every campaign. Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Spearhead SEO initiatives and create compelling written content that resonates with the gaming audience and adheres to brand voice.
• Collaborate with influencer, social & email teams to source gaming content & find content that can be used in paid media, website & email.
• Assist in the optimization of paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok & YouTube.
• Tasked with the creation & quality assurance of email content, ensuring each campaign is effective, engaging, and flawlessly executed to meet performance standards.
• Regularly report on and analyze performance data to inform and optimize ongoing and future marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the creative, product, and dev teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation across all digital channels.
• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and the gaming industry landscape to inform and improve marketing efforts.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the gaming industry or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Experience with written content creation, with the ability to produce engaging material that aligns with both SEO best practices and brand identity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint (or Apple Keynote)
• Data-driven with a strong analytic background
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational & project management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
