Cloud Haven is a fast-growing Salesforce Partner helping clients unlock the full potential of the Salesforce ecosystem. We’re seeking a Director of Delivery Operations to lead delivery operations, scale internal systems, and elevate team performance across our remote-first consultancy.

This role is more than operational—it’s integrative. We need someone who can serve as a strategic bridge between the CEO and the delivery team, translating vision into execution and ensuring alignment across leadership, delivery, and client success. You’ll be the connective tissue that keeps our systems humming and our people empowered.

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Execution : Design scalable systems across delivery, staffing, and client success.
• Team Leadership & Enablement : Oversee onboarding, performance management, and resource planning.
• Client Delivery & Experience : Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and monitor client satisfaction.
• Process Optimization & Systems : Own internal tools and refine workflows.
• Financial & Resource Management : Manage budgets, forecasts, and utilization targets in collaboration with sales and delivery leads.

You Bring

• 4+ years in operations leadership, ideally in consulting, SaaS, preferably the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience scaling delivery teams and systems in a remote-first environment
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking
• Salesforce experience (certifications a plus)
