Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Location: Buford, GA and surrounding service areas

Job Overview

Sunrise Pool Services is seeking a Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing pool equipment at residential customer properties.

The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting pool systems, working with plumbing and electrical components, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair pool equipment
• Install and replace equipment including pumps, motors, heaters, filters, and automation systems
• Perform pool openings and closings
• Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment issues
• Follow manufacturer recommendations and safety procedures
• Educate homeowners on proper pool equipment operation
• Document service visits and maintain accurate job records
• Provide professional and friendly customer service

Preferred Experience

Experience working with equipment such as:

• Jandy
• Pentair
• Hayward
• RayPak

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous pool repair or pool service experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• CPO Certification preferred (training may be available)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
