National Sales Representative (Remote Business Development)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote, 25% travel)
Salary: $90K–$120K + bonus

Our client is a leading provider of glazing, architectural finishes, and visual solutions for national and regional retail brands, delivering high-quality products and services that enhance spaces and protect assets. They specialize in window film, graphics, security glazing, and design finishes for multi-site commercial environments.
Business Development & Prospecting
Identify and pursue new business with national and regional retail brands.
Target Directors and VPs in Construction, Facilities, Loss Prevention, and Visual Merchandising.
Manage full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, and close.
Track activity, pipeline, and performance in HubSpot CRM.
Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to generate leads.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges.
Collaborate internally to create tailored proposals.
Present solutions clearly, showing ROI and value.
Hand off new clients to Client Success team for onboarding and growth.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
Hit or exceed sales targets for new accounts and revenue.
Maintain accurate HubSpot records of interactions and forecasts.
Report pipeline updates, market trends, and competitor insights.
Suggest improvements for sales tools, processes, and messaging.
Required Qualifications
3+ years B2B sales in construction services, glazing, signage, facilities management, or architectural finishes.
Proven track record in new business development and closing national accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management.
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
Willing to travel ~25%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with national retail brands.
Knowledge of window film, DI-NOC finishes, graphics, and security glazing.
Understanding of national program management or construction projects.
Existing relationships in retail, QSR, or multi-site commercial sectors.
