Automotive Sales Person
Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for cars? Join our growing team at Southern Motors Honda as an Automotive Sales Representative! We’re looking for energetic, goal-oriented professionals who are ready to deliver exceptional service and help customers find their perfect vehicle. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and assess customer needs to recommend the right vehicle options
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain vehicle features
- Negotiate pricing and financing options
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Complete all paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a commission-based role
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Competitive pay plan with uncapped earning potential starting at $70,000-$90,000 per year
