We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Program Therapis t to join our team. You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

  • Positions available in the following departments:
  • Outpatient Services and Inpatient Services, Adolescents and Adults.

SIGN-ON BONUS OFFERED FOR FULL-TIME POSITION*** $1,500.00***

The Licensed Outpatient Program Therapist performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them to access therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, completing specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
  • Provide prevention-oriented therapy
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities

Education : Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field preferred. MSW, APC, LPC, and LCSW are preferred.

Experience : A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and strong clinical assessment skills preferred.

Additional Requirements : CPR/First Aid and CPI Training. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Compensation:

This is a Full-time, exempt role, and the expected compensation range is $42,000.00 to $55 ,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Program Therapist!
