About the job As a Partner Growth Manager at Ringover , you’ll play a key role in building, growing, and enabling our network of CRM and Helpdesk partners — including HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Zoho, and Freshsales ecosystems.
Your mission is to expand and activate Ringover’s referral and partner program , by identifying new partnership opportunities, developing strong relationships with CRM integrators and agencies, and driving high-quality referrals that contribute to Ringover’s growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a SaaS scale-up environment , loves partnerships, and knows how to make ecosystems work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Identification & Outreach

  • Research and recruit new partners within HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Zoho, and Freshsales ecosystems.
  • Target CRM integrators, consultancies, and agencies that align with Ringover’s value proposition.
  • Design and execute tailored outreach campaigns to promote the Ringover Referral Program .

2. Building Strategic Relationships

  • Engage with decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations to create win-win collaborations.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that generate consistent referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to maximize partnership impact.

3. Partner Enablement & Education

  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and onboarding sessions that highlight Ringover’s value and integrations.
  • Provide training, playbooks, and marketing materials to enable partners to confidently position Ringover.
  • Be the go-to contact for your partner portfolio, supporting them with their first deals and ongoing questions.

4. Partner Activation & Performance

  • Guide partners through the referral program setup, ensuring they understand the benefits, commission structure, and process.
  • Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and share insights to optimize collaboration.
  • Continuously grow your partner pipeline and referral volume across the CRM ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Helpdesk ecosystems such as HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Zoho, or Freshsales.
  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized and data-driven , comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track partner performance.
  • A self-starter with a “builder” mindset, comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments.
