We are seeking a full-time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional provide community-based/in-home individual and family therapy for children youth adolescents adults and their families. The person in this position will work with clients and families/natural supports to assess their strengths and needs assisting families with planning developing implementing and assessing treatment and ancillary services recommending the types of treatment modalities needed and providing these services directly or by referral.

Location: Fayetteville NC

Compensation: This position is compensated based on variable pay.

• Orientation Pay: $20.00
• Piece Rate: $35 - $36.50

The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!

*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.

Position Description:

• Serve as a member of the clients clinical treatment team and create develop monitor revise and implement the clients Person-Centered Plan.
• Participate in the development of crisis plans and transition plans when clients move in and out of services.
• Provide individual and family focused support to clients and their families/natural supports based on their needs diagnoses and best evidence-based practices.
• Provide any written documentation as required. This will include treatment notes goals and plans for the medical record (e.g. Service notes person-centered plan etc.)

Direct Services

• Work to implement therapeutic interventions crisis interventions behavioral interventions psycho-educational activities and other best evidence-based practice therapies.
• Work with clients families natural supports and collateral agencies in reviewing applying and achieving goals as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.
• Contribute to and participate in child and family team meetings.
• Provide parent/guardian/natural support training that will aid persons interacting with the client in dealing more effectively with the client.
• Assist in all service delivery as formally planned with the clinical team.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A valid drivers license and current automobile insurance is also required.
• At a minimum a Bachelors or Masters Degree in counseling social work or psychology and 1 year experience in mental health issues or an individual with a current license provisional license certificate registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession.
