Primary Job Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RETAIL EXPEREINCE! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
• Assist guests in fragrance exploration/blending and help educate through a fun and unique DIY experience • Refill and clean fragrance oil bottles, vessel wall, and retail displays • Fill wax melter(s), pour hot candle wax, and set up bar trays • Trim wicks and clean customer candles and diffusers with aesthetic care • Execute proper procedures to ensure operational efficiency and maximize output • Collaborate in a team environment that continuously brainstorms new processes to scale operations with the company’s growth • Style merchandise displays and use POS for retail customers • Exhibit a fast, fun, and friendly attitude toward job responsibilities, coworkers, and supervisors • Restock shelves and conduct product inventory Collaborate with Product Development team to provide feedback on new fragrances • Must participate in behind-the-scenes photos and videos for SL social media engagement and marketing priorities
