Job Summary:

As a UPS Store Associate , you’ll deliver excellent customer service while assisting customers with shipping, printing, packing, and mailbox services. You’ll also handle retail transactions, maintain store organization, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and business services.

• Process domestic and international shipments using UPS systems.

• Professionally package items to ensure safe and secure delivery.

• Operate printing, copying, and binding equipment for customer orders.

• Manage mailbox rentals and handle customer mail and packages accurately.

• Promote store services and products to meet sales goals.

• Handle cash register operations and daily balancing.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).

• Retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
