Regional Operations Manager
A Hueman partner is looking to find a Regional Operations Manager for the Southeast region.
This is remote position but requires travel to client sites.
As Regional Operations Manager, you will champion both exceptional customer outcomes and a safe, supportive environment for employees. This role requires balancing service excellence with team wellbeing, ensuring neither is compromised. You will lead with an engaging yet disciplined management style, creating an environment where teams perform at a high level while consistently adhering to established standards and processes.
You will be accountable for driving revenue growth and operational performance across assigned markets, providing leadership to direct reports and frontline team members. Success in this role requires adaptability and a people-first leadership approach that motivates individuals to consistently deliver strong results. You will also play a critical role in building a high-caliber workforce through effective recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
The Regional Operations Manager will facilitate effective meetings, oversee day-to-day operations, coach leaders and associates, and reinforce a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the organization. This position is responsible for embedding industry best practices into daily operations and cultivating a mindset of ongoing improvement. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives designed to improve efficiency, elevate customer experience, and strengthen overall performance, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, control costs, and exceed service expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service Performance Analysis: Evaluate service and operational data to uncover trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and drive targeted improvements.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor profit and loss performance to ensure strong financial discipline and long-term operational stability.
- Cost Management: Review Operational Spending to identify savings opportunities, implement expense controls, and address variances.
- Leadership Performance Management: Assess and coach District Operations Managers to ensure performance aligns with service standards, business objectives, and company expectations.
- Strategic Growth Alignment: Collaborate with sales leadership to assess expansion opportunities, operational capacity, and market readiness in prospective regions.
- Implementation & Onboarding Support: Partner with client success team to plan and execute effective onboarding and launch processes for new communities.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Review customer feedback and service trends to identify recurring challenges, implement proactive solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or a related discipline. Or a combination of education and two to five years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated success in operations management in a multi-unit oversight role.
- Strong grasp of customer experience excellence.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb stairs, carry equipment, and drive for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including daytime and evening on-call responsibilities as business needs require.
