Location: Savannah, GA
Pay: $18.03 – $30/hour (based on experience) + overtime & bonus opportunities

Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for a skilled Fencing Crew Lead to oversee a 2–3 person team installing commercial fencing projects. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy working outdoors, and want to grow with an industry leader—this is your opportunity.

Fence installation experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise a small crew on commercial fencing projects
• Measure, mark, and install fence lines to precise specifications
• Install wood, vinyl (PVC), chain link, aluminum, and wrought iron fencing
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare job sites, including clearing, leveling, and setup
• Mix and pour concrete for secure post installation
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing fences
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring

• Proven experience in fence installation ( required )
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a small crew
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and job site protocols
• Experience working with concrete and related installation techniques
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (no suspensions in the last 3 years)
• Experience driving 2–3 ton trucks and towing trailers
• Clean background and commitment to a drug-free workplace
• CDL preferred, but not required
