- Serve as the main point of contact for field crews, property managers, and clients during active job windows
- Confirm schedules with labor teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Track job status and follow up on completion reports and photographs
- Troubleshoot issues in the field (delays, access problems, crew no-shows) and resolve in real-time
- Maintain accurate records of job activity, labor hours, and service outcomes
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone to confirm logistics and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between scheduling, billing, and client satisfaction
- Assist with post-job wrap-up including documentation, reporting, and any follow-up logistics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field service coordination, dispatching, logistics, or operations support (prior eviction or property services is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience using scheduling or dispatch software
- Ability to work independently and think critically under pressure
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, digital calendars, and shared task platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to maintain professionalism in challenging or urgent situations
